摘要
新研制的微粒水泥已成功地应用到修复低渗透性套管渗漏工程,因为这种渗漏用普通水泥注不进去,试压结果却显示在10~20min内压力下降2.1~3.5MPa。通过实验室资料和100多口井的应用证实,用微粒水泥可以有效地封堵套管的渗漏,并详细介绍了这种封堵技术和现场应用实例。
Emerging small-particale-size cement technology has been applied sucessfully to repair ing tight casing leaks problems. Because of these leaks,a continuous injection rate cannot be established,yet test pressure leaks off 2.1 ~ 3.5 MPa in 10 to 20 minutes. Confirmed through experimental data and more than 100 field operations,small-particle-size cement can plug casing leaks effectively. This paper pre sents a detaied technology of plugging leaks and field histories.
