摘要 田径运动是以个人为主的运动项目,竞争性很强,比赛紧张激烈,稍有失误,就会对比赛产生很大影响。竞争中,有些运动员心理失常,技术动作变型,失误犯规等,主要是心理训练欠缺造成的。本文旨在比赛时,使运动员整个身心处于最佳状态,学会应付各种各样的心理干扰,必须进行心理训练和心理调节,使之成为运动员训练的重要组成部分。 Athletics is mainly incividual events with great competitiveness- A little fault will have great influence on matches. In the competition , some athletes' abnormal psychology and changed skill movements and offending are due to the lack of psychology training. This article mainly serves to make the athletes keep their whole body and mind in the best condition and learn to deal with all kinds of psychology interference in the competition. In order to get to this goal, psychology training and adjustment must be made the important parts of the athletes' everyday training.
