摘要
随着各项运动技术水平的不断提高和发展,运动心理学越来越被人们重视,青少年运动员中也需要作心理调节,本文就比赛的全过程中赛前、开局、领先、落后、相持五个阶段提出进行心理调节的方案。

author suggests different plans at various stages of whole competition process-pregame, starting, leading,
lagging behind, stalemate.
