First Exploration of the Effects of Psychological Factors Upon Shooting Percentage of Hits

本文通过对山西师范大学篮球队定位投篮的实验指出影响投篮命中率的心理因素有:恐惧心理、环境、观众情绪和临场经验,进而提出对篮球运动员进行心理训练的几种方法。

Based on the experiments of shooting in a fixed position made by the basketball team of Shanxi Teachers University, this paper is to point out that there arc such factors affecting shooting percentage of hits as fearful psychology, environment, audience's feeling and experience on the spot, and to further advance several methods of training basketball players in psychology.
