In view of the change in the management system and the different conditions of physical education in school,the author investigated and analyzed the reaction of the students on physical education and extracurricular activities. Sound management regulations of physical culture are organizational guarantee of improving the quality of physical education. It is closely connected with the development of the students'physique. A reasonable management system can reflect directly the basic conditions of the students' physical development. It can spur the students not only to obtain Knowledge in physical culture, but also to receive communist moral education,help the students develop in a whole way-morally, intellectually and physically.
