我院学生入学及学习动机的调查报告

Report on Motives of Entrance and Studying in Physical Education Institute

本文通过对我院本科、专科166名学生入学及学习动机的调查,学习动机主要有日后工作需要、自我完善、获取文凭、兴趣爱好等。专科生在兴趣爱好,增强体质方面与本科生差异显著,专科生以兴趣爱好、增强体质为主,本科生则注重的是自我完善。建议我院在新生录取工作中,实行初测与复试相结合,在教学中因材施教,注意良好动机的激发和培养。

By making an investigation on motives of entrance and studying of 166 students in the institute, the author discovers that the studying motives contain occupational needs,self-improvement,winning the diploma and interests as well. There are notable differences between institute students and undergraduate in interests and physique-strengthening'. Institute students are for interests and physique - strengthening ,but undergraduates for self- improvement. The author suggests that when enrolling students,we should combine preliminary examination with reexamination, when teaching, be in accordance with students' attitude, and take note of arousing and training their motives.
