帕金森氏病脑电图96例分析

ANALYSIS OF EEG IN 96 PATIENTS WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE

本文对近年来我院确诊的96例PD患者的脑电图(EEG)进行了分析,结果表明:PD各型中,震颤型患者EEG异常率(61.9％)。高于混合型(46％)和强直好动型(45％)(P<0.05);CT证实有脑萎缩患者EEG异常率(67.9％),显著高于无脑萎缩者(43.9％)(P<0.01)。BAEP检查有异常者,EEG异常率(68.4％)显著高于BAEP检查正常者(41.7％)(P<0.01),而脑电阻图检查正常与异常者,EEG异常率无显著差异(P>0.05)。文章讨论了PD患者脑电图异常的可能原因和相关因素。

The EEGs of 96 Patients with Parkinson's diosease were recorded and analysed before treatmint. It has gigher sigmificantly than in rigigity dyskinesia type and in mixed normal rate of EEG in those with brain atrophy or with abnormal BAEP is gigher significantly than that in sgose wighout brain atrophy or with normal BAEP (67. 9% or 68. 4%,43. 9% or41. 9% ;respectively )(P<0. 01). There is no significant differrence in abnormal rate of EEG between those with and without abnormal Rheoencephalogra (P>0.05). The possible causes and related factors leading to abnormal EEG in PD are aiscussed.
