13例颅内占位性病变的脑电功率谱及地形图

ANALYSIS OF EEG POWER SPECTRUM AND BEAM RECORDING IN 13 CASES WITH INTRACRANIAL SPACE-OCCUPIING LESION

摘要 对13例经手术证实为颅内占位病病人的脑电功率谱及头形地形图进行了检测和分析,结果显示脑电地形图诊断颅内占位病变确具灵敏度高、定位准确、图像直观明确的优点。提出相对地形图的计算和成象方法,并于绝对地形图作了对比分析,显示相对地形图在诊断颅内占位病变中无论在灵敏度及定位准确性方面均略优于绝对地形图。 EEG power spectrum and Brain Electrical Activity Mapping (BEAM) investigations were carried out in 13 patients with intracranial spaceoccupying lesion diagnosed according to the results of the operation. The results showed that the BEAM is a direct good melhod with high sensitivity, correct orientation in diagnosis of this disease. A calculable and imading method of the relative BEAM were suggested. Our study indicates that the technique of the relative BEAM is more sensitive and accurate than that of the absolute BEAM, indiagnosing intracranial space-Occupying lesion.
