五种抗蛇毒血清对眼镜王蛇毒的中和作用

Corss_Neutralization of Five Antivenoms Against Ophiophagus Hannah Venom

本文通过琼脂免疫扩散及动物实验，对我国现有五种抗蛇毒血清对眼镜王蛇毒的交叉免疫反应、体外中和作用以及体内保护作用进行了研究，结果表明：（1）抗眼镜和抗银环蛇毒血清对眼镜王蛇毒均有中和作用，但作用较弱，其中和效价为60μg／ml；（2）抗眼镜蛇毒血清和抗银环蛇毒血清联合应用时，其中和效价是它们单独应用的11倍，约660μg／ml；（3）抗金环蛇毒血清、抗蝮蛇毒血清及抗五步蛇毒血清虽与眼镜王蛇毒有弱的沉淀线，但却无中和作用。

We have studied the cross -reactivity and cross -neutralization of the five antivenoms against Ophiophagus hannah venom by immunodiffusion and animal protection tests. The results indicate that: (1 )both the Naja naja atra antivenom and the Bungarus multicinctus antivenom are effective in neutralization of Ophiophagus hannah venom, 1ml of the antivenom neutralize 60μg crude venom; (2)when the antivenom of N. naja atra mixed equivalently with the antivenom of B. multicinctus,the neutralized potency of the mixture is 11 times as mueh as the respective neutralized pontency(about 660μg/ml ); (3)the antivenoms of B. fasciatus、Agkistrodon halys and Agkistrodon acutus are ineffective in the neutralization of Ophiophagus hannah venom,though there is weak cross-reaction of them with Ophiophagus hannah vnom.
