摘要
本文收集1992~1994上半年到广州市儿童医院就诊的急性白血病患儿30例。选用17种单克隆抗体,并采用ABC法对各例的骨髓细胞涂片作了免疫酶联染色,对其中7例石蜡包埋的骨髓组织切片也作了免疫酶联染色。免疫分型的结果发现B-ALL18例、T-ALL仅2例、AML7例、急性T-M混合系白血病1例和急性未分化型白血病2例.在B-ALL中以B-Ⅲ期病例最多,而B-Ⅲ~Ⅳ期明显多于B-Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病例、两例T-ALL均为CD3阳性的第Ⅲ期。T-M混合系白血病为复发病例,既明显表达T系的CD3和CD5也明显表达髓系的CD13和CD15。
Thirty smears of bone marrow and 7 tissue slices from the patients of childhood acute leukemia admitted in Guangzhou Children's Hospital during Jan, 1992 to June, 1994 were detected for immunologic classification by using 17 monoclonal antibodies and ABC method.The results showed that 18 cases were B- ALL, 2 cases wereT-ALL, 7 cases were AML, 1case was acute T - M mixed - lineage leukemia and 2 cases were acute undifferentiation leukemia among them. Cases of subgroub Ⅲ were the most in all of B-ALL. Two cases of T- ALL belonged to subgroup Ⅲ expressing CD3.The case of acute T - M mixed - lineage leukemia was a relapse. The leukemic cells of the patient markedly coexpressed T Iineage markers (CD3 and CD5) and myeloid lineage markers (CD13 and CD33).
