摘要
本文报告采用钕玻璃激光辐照牙釉质、牙本质及牙骨质表面进行扫描电镜超微结构改变观察。结果发现:牙釉质表面呈云絮状熔融,牙本质及牙骨质表面呈重叠蜂窝状熔融。熔融区不均匀,随激光剂量增加,熔融密度相应增加。本实验目的为激光应用于牙体、牙周病治疗提供参考依据。
Laser-irradiated surface of enamel, dental, and cementum was observed by scanning electrom microscope. It was found that enamel surfaces melted with the formation of colud projections and the fusion of dental and cementum surfaces appeared pveriapping honeycomb projection. The fusion were eneven and with the raise of Laser energy the fusion dentity increased.
