摘要
伽码刀（r-刀）是治疗震颤麻痹有效而安全的方法，作者设计了一套MR定位的方法。本组27例均以震颤为主，近期症状改善为75％，未出现近期并发症。
Gamma kinfe thalamotomy is an effective and safe method for the treatment of patients with Pakinson's diseases. The use of MR localization was applied. A group of 27 patients mainly sustained from tremor were treated with Gamma Knife thalamotomy. The shortterm symptom improvement rate of the therapy was 75%. No short-term complication was shown in the therapy.
