广州海珠区部份工厂企业在职职工慢性病调查分析

The Investigation of Chronic Diseases of Staff & Workers in 38 Factories and Other Enterprises in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City

对广州市海珠区38个工厂、企业在职职工进行慢性非传染病流行病学调查。初步调查结果显示：高血压患病率在五种慢性非传染病中排首位；冠心病排第二位；糖尿病排第三位；恶性肿瘤居第四位；脑血管意外第五位。在八种主要恶性肿瘤中，鼻咽癌第一；乳腺癌第二；肺癌第三。五种慢性非传染病的患病率均随年龄的增长而增加。提示这些疾病的病因与年龄有密切关系。在职职工五种慢性非传染病的患病情况与广州地区居民对比，无特殊变化。高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、鼻咽癌对在职职工危害很大，应同时对这些疾病，尤其是高血压采取最基本措施—一、二级预防。改善职工工作条件、保护环境，还必须提高个人的预防保健意识。

The epidemilolgical investigation of chronic non-infective diseases of staff and workers at their posts in 38 factories and other enterprises in Haizhu district of Guangzhou City. The results show that the prevalence rate of five chronic diseases was illustrated in the followingorder:The hypertension was puted in the first place;the coronary heart disease was the second; the diabetes was the third;the malignant tumor was the fourth; the cerebrovasculra accident was the fifth. In the kinds of main malignant tumors the nasopharyngeal carcinoma was puted in the first place;the mammary cancer was the second and the pulmonary carcioma was the third. The preva1ence rate of these 5 chronic diseases was increased with the inezease of age. It suggested that there was close correlation between the etiology and the age. These 5 kinds of chronic diseases of staff and workers at their posts was compared with the residents in Guangzhou City. By contrast,there was mo appaient difference between the two. These diseases seriously endangered the staff & workers health. We should take the Grad Ⅰ, Ⅱpreventive measures on these diseases (especially the hypertension), which could impiove working conditions;protectong the environment;as well as increasing preventive health care consciousness on them.
