摘要
通过对玻璃离子粘固体(GIC)光滑表面进行酸蚀、砂纸打磨及单体、氯仿处理,扫描电镜观察其表面改变,并测定其与光固化复合树脂间粘结强度。结果显示:酸蚀后GIC表面呈珊瑚多孔状结构,砂纸打磨后表面粗糙,原有结构特征消失,而单体及氯仿处理表面改变轻微。酸蚀1分钟十粘结剂处理GIC表面可以明显提高GIC与光固化复合树脂间粘结强度,优于单独酸蚀或仅涂布粘结剂处理,也优于其他方法表面处理,他们之间有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。酸蚀1 分钟十粘结剂处理GIC表面与光固化复合树脂间可获有效粘结,对临床使用夹层技术有指导意义。
Acid -etching,roughening with sand paper and treating with monomer or chloroform,the surfaces of glass ionomer cements (GIC) were observed by scanning electron microscope, moreover,shear bond strength between GIC and light -cured compsite resin was measured. The results indicated that the acid - etching surface was rough and coral - liked,and that the shear bond strength could be improved significantly by acid-etching for the GIC surfaces before the application of the bonding agent(P<0. 01). The finding would be of instructive significance for the clinical application of GIC as the bases of light -cured composite resin.
