摘要
生成血小板的巨核细胞是从骨髓造血干细胞分化发育来的。造血干细胞首先分化生成巨核系祖细胞,即巨核系集落形成单位。祖细胞阶段的细胞核内的DNA一般是2—8倍体,当祖细胞是2倍体或4倍体时具有增殖能力,这也是巨核细胞系可以增加细胞数量的唯一阶段。巨核系祖细胞继续向前分化成为具有8-32倍体的巨核细胞。
