聚合酶链反应技术对慢性粒细胞白血病进行分子学诊断和监测

摘要 慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)是一种起源于造血多能干细胞的肿瘤性疾病。Ph染色体是CML的标记染色体,其分子基础是第9号染色体上的原癌基因c—abl易位至第22号染色体,并与bcr基因5’端相连接,形成bcr/abl融合基因。为从分子水平探讨bcr/abl融合基因在CML诊断及微量残留病(MRD)监测等方面的意义,我们应用筑巢法逆转录/聚合酶链反应(RT/PCR)技术。
