摘要 Cytokines are a broad class of protein cellregulators. Cytokines have been variouslytermed monokines, lymphokines, interleukins,growth factors, and biological responsemodifiers. These proteins have many charac-teristics in common. They are low molecularweight (less than 80kD) polypeptides, oftenglycosylated, act at short range in an autocrineor a paracrine rather than an endocrine fa-shion, and all interact with the extracellulardomains of transmembrane cellular receptorsspecific for each cytokine or cytokine group.Interaction between a cytokine and
