抗BrdUrd/DNA双参数流式细胞仪技术检测细胞周期动力学的方法

摘要 肿瘤细胞周期动力学的研究有助于了解细胞群体的生长、消亡规律,也有助于分析各种物理和化学因素对细胞的影响以及抗肿瘤药物的作用机理,指导临床合理用药。本文应用连续标记FCM—BrdUrd/DNA双参数方法测定了HL—60细胞的细胞周期动力学各参数,为动力学研究提供一种快速的研究方法,同时应用该法检测了13例急性非淋巴细胞白血病的骨髓细胞的细胞周期动力学特征,并初步探讨其临床意义。
