摘要
本文首先肯定了邓小平的“稳定思想”是在毛泽东“团结理论”的基础上发展和完善起来的；其次说明了“中国的问题，压倒一切的是需要稳定”；最后着重论述了稳定的基本内容、稳定的思想基础和必要途径。
The author firstly confirms that Deng Xiaoping'S 'stability' point of view is developed and perfected on the basis of Mao Zedong's 'unity theory', then goes on to explain the reason why 'the first and foremost task in China is for stability' and states the basic contents of 'stability', the ideological foundation for it, and the ways and means necessary for its realization.
