摘要
本文应用模态分析技术对铣床进行动态性能分析,通过模态实验,运用ITD法对模态参数进行辨识,得出若干阶模态振型,从影响精度的振型分析,提出有利于减轻振动及提高加工质量的方案.
The articles analyze dynamic properties of milling machine using model analysastechnology. carrying ont the modal experiment identifying the model parameter by applyinythe way of “ITD”,we give several modal vibration type. Vibmtion influencing the accuracy,being analysed we proposed a scheme a scheme that reduces damping iibration and raisesmatching quality.
