胰腺癌CT增强程度与微血管密度、血管内皮生长因子表达的相关性分析

摘要 目的:探讨胰腺癌病灶CT增强与瘤体实质微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法:选择经手术切除的胰腺癌患者38例,术前均行CT增强扫描;分析胰腺癌病灶CT增强情况与瘤体实质MVD、VEGF表达的相关性。结果:胰腺癌CT胰实质期瘤体强化程度、形式与其恶性度高低呈显著负相关(r=-0.695,P<0.001),与瘤体实质细胞处MVD计数显著负相关(r=-0.768,P<0.001);胰腺癌的病理分级与瘤体实质细胞处MVD计数呈正相关(r=0.395,P<0.05),而与VEGF表达无关(r=-0.290,P>0.05)。结论:胰腺癌病灶CT增强程度可有效反映瘤体实质MVD、VEGF的表达情况,能反映瘤体实质微血管形成情况。 Objective: To evaluate the correlation between parameters of computed tomography(CT) enhancement and microvessel density(MVD) or expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) of the tumor in patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods: 38 patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent dynamic CT and tumor resection were studied.The relationships between the perfusion parameters and MVD or expression of VEGF of the tumor were analyzed.Results: CT enhancement of tumor was inversely proportional with the malignant degree of pancreatic carcinoma(r=-0.695,P0.001) and the MVD counting in the hot spot areas of tumor(r=-0.768,P0.001).The pathological grade positively correlated with MVD(r=0.395,P0.05),and had no correlation with VEGF expression(r=-0.290,P0.05).Conclusion: Parameters of CT enhancement can reflect the expression of MVD and VEGF in the tumor effectively,and is an indicator for evaluating angiogenesis.
