加强海峡两岸知识产权界的交流与合作

Strengthen the Exchange and Cooperation between Intellectual Property Circles across the Straits

本文作者是不久前刚到香港履任的中国国际贸易促进委员会驻香港代表处的首席代表。1994年9月,他曾以中国贸促会副会长、海峡两岸经贸协调会副会长的身份,率领中国大陆知识产权专业人士应邀首次赴台湾访问,与台湾的知识产权界和工商界进行了学术交流与研讨。本刊特约解建群先生撰写此文,论述海峡两岸的知识产权相关问题。

The author of the present article is the Chief Representative at the Hong Kong Representative Office of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade,having taken up the post only recently.In the capacity of Vice Chairman of CCPIT and Vice Chairman of the Economic and Trade Coordination Committee for the Two Sides of the Straits,he headed a group of Mainland intellectual property professionals on a visit to Taiwan for the first time in September 1994 at the invitation of the intellectual property and business circles there and con- ducted academic exchanges and discussions with them.We have succeeded in soliciting this arti- cle specially from Mr.Xie,in which questions relevant to intellectual property across the Straits are discussed.
