Along with the rapid progress and development of science and technologyin recent decades of years, varieties of new materials,devices and installations have gotinto positions of every aspect of modern human life. In order to promote the scienflfic andcultural quality of all and every body and enable them to understand and conform with theworld arround us,a tentative suggestion on the reform and enhancement of physics educa-tion in various levels of schooling and social education is put forward.
