疾病不确定感对恶性骨肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

Influence of the uncertainty sense of illness on quality of life in the patients with malignant bone tumors

目的：探讨疾病不确定感对恶性骨肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法：应用疾病不确定感量表和癌症患者生存质量量表对我院2007年5月~2011年5月70例恶性骨肿瘤住院患者行问卷调查。结果：患者的疾病不确定感总体得分（125.00±15.98）分,疾病不确定感在4个维度上均存在。高水平疾病不确定感组患者的生活质量得分较低水平组患者低（P〈0.05）,且在疾病不确定感的4个维度中患者的不明确性评分最高。结论：医护人员应采用各种相关的措施,降低患者的疾病不确定感,帮助其树立起战胜疾病的信心,改善其生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the uncertainty in illness in patients with malignant bone tumor on the quality of life.Methods： Questioned 70 cases with malignant bone tumor in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2011 by the table of uncertainty in illness scale and quality of life scale.Results： The patient＇s overall uncertainty illness score was（125.00±15.98） points,uncertainty in illness in the four dimensions were present.Group of patients with high level of uncertainty in illness quality of life score had lower scores than the group of low level（P0.05）,and had the highest scores in the four dimensions of uncertainty in the patients with illness.Conclusion： Medical staff should use a variety of related measures to reduce uncertainty in illness in patients and help them build the confidence to overcome the disease and improve their quality of life.
