抗栓酶治疗实验性局灶性脑梗塞

摘要 采用光化学方法诱发鼠实验性局灶性脑梗塞,观察抗栓酶的治疗作用。设正常组;生理盐水对照组;脑梗塞抗栓酶治疗组。结果显示抗栓酶治疗组(0.25/kg体重,q iv、连用5d)自发性脑电活动明显改善;光镜与电镜观察发现病理变化明显减轻,病灶区出现明显胶质细胞增生;血纤维蛋白原含量明显降低并接近正常组。结果提示:于脑梗塞后,早期用抗栓酶,对自发性脑电活动,血纤维蛋白原及形态学改变均有明显改善作用。 Inducing focal cerebral infarction of rats by photochemical method and obivided the effect of KangShuanMei The experimental rats were divided into three groups;normal control,untreated cere-dral infarction and treated cerebral infarction with kangshuanmei . The rats were treated for 5 days with 0. 25u/kg/day ofkangShuanMei .The spontaneous drian electrical activity of treated rats improved significantly. Light and elevel. All results suggested that focal cerebral infarction was treated early with langshuanmei that would be improve significantly drain electrical activity,Plasma fibrinogen and morphological changes
