葡萄糖的浓度在一定的浓度范围内与循环伏安法的峰电流密度有一定的线性关系,可以做出其工作曲线,对患有糖尿病人的尿液进行多份的葡萄糖含量的测定,其结果与例行的医学常规方法“萄萄糖氧化酶——过氧化物酶比色法”(GOD)的结果作了比较,发现两者结果一致.

According to this relation, the standard curve is plotted and the results of determination of glucose concentration have been presented in the urine of diabetes meel-litus. The interference from endogenous oxidizable substance such as uric acid, urea, as well as the effect of chloride on gluciose response are also studied.
