摘要
本文对煤焦油粉馏分进行了实验分离操作,针对分离过程中蒸发炉中的热量传递问题,对几种实验室常用的蒸发装置进行了评述,提出了一种较为合适的实验室分离装置;主要对粗分馏分中蒽油馏分进行再加工,提供了精制的工艺流程;同时针对萘油馏分中各种物质物性数据相近,难以用常规方法分离的特点,提出了用电化学法氧化,以增大物性数据差异,然后进行分离的思想.
The principles and methods to separate coal tar were described. A technique process was sug-gested to obtained refined naphthalene from the coal tar. An electrochemical oxidation process was also pro-vided to repurify anthracene.
