摘要
本文在分析了目前世界上和我国的海上货运量,船舶保有量,船舶的平均载重量和船龄以及船舶的大型化趋势,我国港口大型泊位的迅速增加的基础上,根据世界各国来华修理的船舶的情况及我国现有的修理设施,提出了对建设20万吨级修船设施的看法,供有关部门领导决策参考。
In this article sea - borne trade,total merchant fleet,the average deadweight ton of ships,the average age of fleet and the tendency of expansion of fleet at home and abroad are analyzed. Based on the fact that many ships over 200000 dwt from abroad being repaired in China,and existing condition of ship repairing facilities in our country, an inventigation is made to study the present situation of ship repair industry at home and abroade and a recommadition of building as soon as possible repair facilities for VICC over 200000 dwt is made.
