摘要
本文以载重15万吨双底、双壳油船为例,提出了此类大型船舶结构设计和审图除按规范要求进行设计外,尚需用直接计算法来校核和检验规范设计的可靠性,尤其是超规范设计的船舶。本文着重介绍了船体横强度方面的问题,对双底、双壳油船的货油舱区域作三维空间结构及二维强框架平面应力有限元分析,校核该船主要构件的强度。
According to the requirements of the MEPC's 32nd session of IMC), new oil tankers over 5000 dwt are to be built with the double-skinned structure. The hull 'structure of the double-skinned tanker is so different from that of the conventional oil tankers that the design is beyond the scope of Classification Societies' Rules. Direct calculation has to be performed to determine or check the scantlings of structure members . In this paper , a 3 - D FEM analysis to a cargo oil tank and a 2-D FEM analysis to the transverse strength of webframe for a 150000 dwt oil tanker are described for two loading conditions, i. e. empty middle tank and full-loaded forward and aft tank at the scantling draught as well as full-loaded middle tank and empty forward and aft tank at the 0. 35D draught. The calculation results indicate that the designed oil tanker posesses enough strength except at the webframe, the local structure is needed to improve.
