摘要
采用PG注射、MAP口服或明道理植以及与不同促性腺激素和释放激素配合对受体母羊进行同期化处理,共分三次试验11组19种处理。0.05mgPG间隔11天两次阴唇注射;45mgMAP阴道埋植10天,撤栓同时注射PG0.05mg,PMSG300IU,LRH—A3100单位,48h注射LH20单位以及埋植MAP45mg10天,撤栓同时注射PG0.05mg,PMSG300IU,第13天注射LRH-A3300单位、LH10单位,第11~13天每日两次注射FSH50×2和20×2。受体母羊处理后72h发情同期化、排卵母羊率、卵巢黄体率分别为100%、100%.100%;83%、100%、100%和且66%、116%、20O%、供一受体同期时间差零天、-1、+1天的移植妊娠率分别为50%、100%、100%;100%、50%、100%和0、0、0,受体总移植妊娠率分别为50%、75%和75%,两个对照组以上指标分别为90%、100%,100%、113%,50%、60%,75%、75%,50%、50%和50、0%。结果表明受体同期化处理明显提高了移植妊娠率(P<0.05)。
This research was designed to synchronization treatment embryo transfer recipients ewes by injection PGF2a, MAP per os, gonadotropic and GnRH, following experiments 3, 11 groups and 19 treatments. Experiments showed: injection PGF2a in twice 0.05mg interval 11 days, at labium ;intravaginal sponge implant for 10 days, at the same withdraw, injection PGF2a 0. 05mg, PMSG 300IU, LRHA, 100 ug, after 48 h injection LH 20mg; implant MAP 45 mg for 10 Days, repeal sponge simultaneity ynjection PGF2a 0. 05mg,PMSG 300IU, 13th day LRH-A, 300ug, LH 10mg 11-13th day for FSH 50 ×2 and 20× 2 twice per day. The result showed: recipients of ewes synchronous estrus rate in 72 h, ration ovulation ewes, rate of ovary corpus luteun, respectively were 100, 100, 100%; 83, 100,100% and 166, 116,200%. Deficit in estrus time 0.-1, +1 day pregnancy rate of teansfer separately were 50, 100, 100%: 100, 50, 100 %: 0, 0,0 %; total pregnancy rate of recipients respectively were 50, 75 and 75%. Above aim in 2 control groups respectively90, 100; 100 113; 50, 60 ; 75, 75; 50, 50; and 50, 0%. The study prove synchronization treatment improve rate gestation of recipients (P<0. 05).
