本文引入了单流入节点、复流入节点、子网络图、子关键线路等新的概念，可以很简便地求出网络图的关键线路和次关键线路。子网络图还为工程分包提供了计划依据，因此可以根据子网络图来划分工程分包的范围。再用子关键线路绘成一应重点管理工序的时标网络图，在计划执行中，依据此图进行跟踪管理、监督控制十分方便，可操作性较强．
