摘要
本文引入了单流入节点、复流入节点、子网络图、子关键线路等新的概念,可以很简便地求出网络图的关键线路和次关键线路。子网络图还为工程分包提供了计划依据,因此可以根据子网络图来划分工程分包的范围。再用子关键线路绘成一应重点管理工序的时标网络图,在计划执行中,依据此图进行跟踪管理、监督控制十分方便,可操作性较强.
The article has led us to new concePt ofsingle flow into Joint,multlflow into joint,subnetwork,subcritical path and so on.The critical path and v:cecrltlcal path both can be obtained easily.Subnetwork can also provide subcontract of project basis.So the scope of project for subcontracting canbedlvlded by sub network.The network wlthcoordlnates of time that should be the main managing program can be drawn by sub critical path.According to the network with coordinates of time,it is convenlet and operational for us to tail and manage,supervise and control in execution of the plan.
