摘要
轨道交通的规划评价对轨道交通规划决策起着非常重要的作用。该文采用层次分析法对轨道交通规划进行评价。分析了轨道交通规划各级评价指标,确立了轨道交通规划评价指标由3个一级指标和9个二级指标组成,由同层指标的相对重要度组成判断矩阵,并由判断矩阵计算被比较评价指标的相对权重。通过实例分析,采用层次分析法所得出的评价结果与实际情况相符。
Rail plan evaluation is very important to make plan for rail.Thus,rail plan evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process is presented in the paper.Firstly,evaluation indexes for rail plan evaluation is analyzed,the research results indicate that evaluation indexes for rail plan include 3 first-class evaluation indexes and 9 second-class evaluation indexes;and the judgment matrix is formed by the relative importance of the evaluation indexes from the same level.Then,weighs of each evaluation index are gained.Finally,the case is analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the evaluation results using analytic hierarchy process accord with the actual situation.It is indicated that rail plan evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process is feasible.
