在水培条件下．不同浓度的镁对烟草生长发育，生理代谢和养分吸收影响的研究表明：水培液中镁离子含量低于３６ｍｇ／Ｌ，烟株表现缺镁；高于８００ｍｇ／Ｌ时，烟株开始表现毒害症状。
