摘要
试验表明:电场处理烤烟种子,可提高烟株的抗逆性。烟株置0~2℃低温下,处理的烟株原生质结构遭受破坏程度减轻,外渗物质减少,电导度比对照的减小0.12×10(-4)s/m。干旱时,处理的烟株萎蔫程度减轻,叶片内总含水量有所提高,但差异不大,而束缚水含量差异明显。处理的烟株抗烟草花叶病和其它病害能力都有所提高,对照烟株花叶病发病率最高达50.2%,病情指数高达25.5,处理烟株发病率可降低到10%,病情指数降为4.2。
The experiment showed that treatting tobacco seeds in electric field could improve the stress resistance of the plants. When the plants were kept under the low temperature of 0-2℃, the plasma structure damage of the plants of the treatments was less serious than that of the plants of the control. Because of less amount of substances leaking out from the plasma, the electrical conductivity of the treatments was 0. 12 × 10(-4)s/m lower than that of the control. During drought, the plants of the treatments wilted less seriously and although the total water content in their leaves increased only a little, the bound water content increased significantly. The plant resistance of the treatments to tobacco mosaic and other diseases were improved. The maximum incidence of tobacco mosaic disease and the disease index were 50. 2% and 25. 5, respectively for the plants of the control, while these data were only 10% and 4. 2, respectively for the plants of the treatments.
