旱灾期地面饮用水弧菌污染监测及病原学研究 被引量:1

摘要 在1994年的特大旱灾期,对本地地面饮用水污染情况进行了监测。49份水样中,大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群及细菌总数全部严重超标。并检出了11种81株致病性弧菌。水点阳性率为100%,而对照的浅、深井水则几乎无污染。81株弧菌中,以河弧菌(29.63%)、溶藻弧菌(25.93%)、非O1群弧菌(18.52%)为多,并首次从地面水中检出了创伤弧菌及哈维弧菌。所有菌株均有较强的溶解红细胞能力,β溶血者占30.86%。81株弧菌均为多重耐药株,耐药谱最宽可达10种药物。其中耐6种药物以上的菌株占90.12%。
