摘要
热工保护接点动作的可靠性关联着热力设备运行在异常工况下的安全性。但热工保护接点都存在误动作或拒动作的失效可能。本文以汽机轴向位移保护为例子,提出了保护接点在不同组合方案下误动作、拒动作率、MTBF值等计算方法,并探讨了最佳接点组合方案,以供设计和调试人员工作中参考。
The raliability of thermo-thchnique protective contacts in operation is relevant to the safety of thermodynamic equipment in runnig at abnormal status. But there are possibility of both incorrect operation and refusal to operte of thermo-thchnique protective contacts. Taking the protection at axial displacement of turbine for example, this paper presents the methods of calculating failure rate of incorrect operation and refusal to operate and MTBF of protective contacts in various combination schemes, and investigates optimum schemes of combining contacts for reference of designers and regulators in work.
