摘要
声电荷传输(ACT)信号微处理器(SMP)是由软件控制的处理射频或微波信号的一种新的信号处理工具。功能类似于数字微处理器。ACT/SMP用数字指令实现编程,而处理射频或微波信号时义不用A/D变换器。因此基于ACT技术的SMP比数字SMP简单,功耗小。用ACT202作成的SMP,处理信号的频率范围为1~160MHz,功耗仅为7W。
The acoustic charge transport (ACT) signal microprocessor (SMR)is a sofware-programmable new processor which handles RF (ot microwave) analog signals such as the digital microprocessor handles data. The ACT/SMP is programmed using digital commands and processes analog RF (or microwave) signals without analog to digital converters. The SMP enabled by the ACT technology is lesscomplex and uses less power.An average of 1~160 MHz frequency range of signals and 7 W powerdissipation by means of ACT202 is achieved.
