摘要
流行病学研究提示幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与胃癌有关。本组测定了HP阳性和阴性患者共75例的胃液和血浆的维生素C水平,并与20例正常人作对照。结果表明,HP阳性组胃液维生素C含量显著低于HP阴性组和正常人群(P<0.01);而HP阴性组和正常人群无差异(P>0.05);胃癌病人胃液和血浆维生素C含量均显著低于慢性胃炎和溃疡病人(P<0.01);萎缩性胃炎与糜烂性胃炎、浅表性胃炎的胃液维生素C含量比较亦有差异(P<0.05)。提示HP感染后,随着病变的加剧,胃液维生素C含量下降越趋明显。HP感染可能与胃癌有关。
Vitamin C may protect against gastric cancer and is secreted by the normal stomach. Secretion is impaired in Helicobacter Pylori(HP)infection.This study examined the levels of vitamin C in gastric juice and plasma. Fasting gastric juice and plasma samples were collected during endoscopic examination from 75 patients with or without HP infection. The results showed that(1) The level of vitamin C in gastric juice was significantly lower in HP infection than normal controls(P<0.01) ,(2) No difference of vitamin C concentration in plasma and gastric juice between patients without HP infection and normal controls, (3) The levels of vitamin C in plasma and gastric juice were significantly lower in gastric cancer patients than those in chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer patients(P< 0.05) .The more serious the lesion is the less concentrated is the vitamin C content.In conclusion,our results suggest that a relationship may exist between HP infection and gastric cancer.
