摘要
以ＥＱ１５３汽车干燥壳体为例，研究了杯形件的冷挤压工艺，叙述了该工艺的完整过程．并通过分析研究，设计出合理的模具结构及主要零件．
This paper makes a study of cold press technology on cup-shaped workpieces and describes the complete process f such technology by taking the housing of the drier of EQ153 Truck as an illustration. Moreover, by close analysis and study, appropriate die structure and its major components are designed and given, and the optimized technical data is chosen.
