摘要
三黄合剂由黄芪、黄连、黄芩组成,对离体豚鼠心脏进行兰根道尔夫氏灌流,能明显增加冠脉流量,提高左室收缩幅度和左室内压最大变化速率,减慢心率。在离体猪冠状动脉上,三黄合剂能对抗麦角新碱和去甲肾上腺素引起的冠脉收缩,而对乙酰胆碱、组织胺及氯化钾引起的冠脉收缩无对抗作用。结果提示三黄合剂具有扩张冠状动脉及正性肌力作用。
Sanhuang mixture is composed of Astragalus membranaceus,Coptis chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis.It significantly increased the coronary artery flow,enhanced the left ventricular systolic range and the left ventricu- lar±dp/dt,while reduced heart rate on Langendorff's perfusion in isolated guinea pig heart.On isolated swine coronary artery rings.Sanhuang mixture attenuated coronary artery contraction induced by ergometrine and norepinephrine,but did not decrease coronary artery contraction induced by acetylcholine,histamine and potassi- um chloride.These results suggested that Sanhuang mixture had the potential to dilate coronary artery with pos- itive inotropic effect on myocardium.
