摘要
利用电致颤动物模型,发现50mg/kg 绞股蓝总皂甙(GP)静脉注射可明显提高大鼠心室纤颤阈值(VFT)。用药后15、30、45、60、75min,VFT 从2.75±0.21mA 升高到6.40±1.49mA、6.95±1.21mA、5.70±0.90mA、4.95±0.86mA、4.50±0.70mA,分别与基础值和生理盐水(NS)组比有明显差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。实验终止时分别测血浆硫代巴比土酸反应值浓度,GP 组(0.15±0.016μmol/L)明显低于 NS 组(0.26±0.027μmol/L),P<0.01。结果提示,GP 可有效提高 VFT,可能与 GP 的抗氧化效应及增强心脏耐缺氧能力有关。
The effects of gypenosides(GP)on ventricular fibrillation threshold((VFT)and plasma thiobarbituric acid (TBA)value at the end of experiment were studied in electric stimulation induced fibrillation model in rats.GP (50mg/kg iv)significantly increased the VFT from 2.75±0.21 to 6.4±1.49.6.95±1.21,5.7±0.9,4.95±0. 86.4.5±0.7 mA at 15,30.45,60,75 rain after adminstration respectively(P<0.05,or p<0.01 compared with baseline and control group).The plasma TBA value(corrected with time of electric stimulation)in GP group(0.15±0.016μmol/L)was lower than that in control group(0.26±0.027μmol/L,p±0.01).The results suggested that GP could exert a protective effect on ventricular fibrillation,which might relate to its effects of antioxidation and incerase myocardial anti-hypoxic ability.
