摘要
应用强力宁对循环骤停18min 的犬进行复苏后治疗8h,并动态观测血清游离脂肪酸(FAA)含量变化,测定脑组织血栓素 B_2(TXB_2)和6-酮-前列腺素 F_(1α)(6-K-PGF_(1α))含量。结果显示强力宁明显抑制复苏后血清 FAA 含量的升高,降低脑组织 TXB_2含量,但对 6-K-PGF_(1α)含量无明显影响,表明强力宁可减少组织缺血性损伤时 FAA 和血检素 A_2(TXA_2)的释放,并促使 TXA_2与前列环素(PGI_2)的比值关系恢复平衡,因而对组织缺血性损伤有一定的保护作用。
The dogs undergoing 18 min circulatory arrest were administrated with Potenline by intravenous in a period of 8 h after resuscitation.The dynamic changes of the contents of serum free fatty acid(FFA)were studied, while the contents of thromboxane B_2(TXB_2)and 6-keto-PGF_(1α).in brain tissue were determined.The results showed that Potenline could prevent the content of serum FFA from elevating and reduce significantly the level of TXB_2 in brain tissue after circulatory arrest.But there was insignificant change on the content of 6-keto-PGF_(1α)in brain tissue.It was suggested that Potenline could exert a protective effect on tissue ischemic injury after circula- tory arrest by reducing the releasing of FFA and thromboxane A_2.
