摘要
腺泡内肺动脉(intra-acinar pulmonary arteries,IAPA)是肺动脉的末梢段,包括伴行呼吸细支气管、肺泡管至肺泡隔毛细血管前的环肌型、部分肌型和无肌型肺动脉。近年来的研究表明,IAPA 构形重组是肺动脉高压(pulmonary hypertension,PHT)时肺血管的主要病变。本实验观察赤芍对大鼠 PHT 发生过程中,IAPA 构形重组的影响和机制。
The inhibitory effects of Paeonia obovata(PO)injection on the pulmonary hypertension and structural re- modeling of intra-acinar pulmonary arteries induced by monocrotaline(MCT)injection in rats were studied using light- and electronmicroscopy and morphometry.The results showed that in the PO treated group,the level of pulmonary blood pressure was 22.56% lower than that of the MCT group,and the thickness of arterial medial muscle of the PO group was 43.87% less than that of the MCT group.However,the percentage of the number of nonmuscular arteriole(19.17%)was close to that of the control group(17.07%),there was no statistical dif- ference(P>0.05)between both groups.It suggested that inhibitory effects of PO on the structural remodeling of intra-acinar pulmonary artery was higher than that on pulmonary hypertension,the mechanism of inhibitory effects might be related to the complex effect of PO on the vessels,especially reducing the injury of endothelial cells and inhibiting the smooth muscle cell hypertrophy and proliferation.
