摘要
通过对不同鼠龄大鼠小肠刷状缘膜乳糖酶活性的测定,证实人参健脾丸对乳糖酶活性有诱导作用,同时测定蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶。与对照组相比,人参健脾丸能显著提高大鼠小肠乳糖酶、蔗糖酶活性(P 均<0.01),而对碱性磷酸酶活性则无显著意义(P>0.05)。本组试验对人参健脾丸治疗因进食乳制品而引起消化不良的作用机理提供了部分实验依据。
Lactase activity of brushlike border membrane in rats of differant ages was observed,which revealed that the Renshen Jianpi Pill (RSJPP) could induce lactase activity.At the same time the suerase and alkaline phos- phatase activity were measured as controls.RSJPP increased the lactase and sucrase activities (P<0.01).The effect on alkaline phosphatase activity was insignificant (P>0.05) in comparing with control group.This experi- ment elucidated the mechanism of RSJPP in treating milk preparation induced indigestion.
