中药尿毒净治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的实验研究

Experimental Studies on Chronic Renal Failure by Using Niaodujing(尿毒净)

本实验应用5/6肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭(慢性肾衰)模型,研究中药尿毒净的药理作用,实验证明以大黄、活性炭等组成的尿毒净能增进肾衰大鼠食欲、体重,改善其一般状况,降低血肌酐、尿素氮、血磷、尿蛋白,改善肾小球滤过功能,减轻肾小球小管的病理损害,减少死亡率,延长肾衰大鼠的生存时间,从而延缓慢性肾衰的病程进展。

This experiment using subtotal nephrectomized rats as chronic renal failure (CRF) model to study the phar- macological effects of Niaodujing.The results showed that the Niaodujing consisted of rhubarb,activated char- coal.etc.could increase CRF rat's appetite and body weight,improve its general conditions,decrease serum cre- atinine,blood urea nitrogen,serum phosphorus and urinary protein,improve glomerular and renal tubules,re- duce mortality,prolong survival time of rats.and delay the development of CRF.
