六味地黄汤及八味地黄汤延缓老年小鼠皮肤衰老的研究

Study of Liuwei Dihuang Tang(六味地黄汤)and Bawei Dihuang Tang(八味地黄汤)on Delaying Cutaneous Aging in Old Mice

为观察六味及八味地黄汤对延缓皮肤衰老的作用,本实验用不同的染色方法显示老年小鼠皮肤表皮 DNA,真皮蛋白质、多糖、胶原纤维及弹性纤维变化。结果表明:用六味地黄汤及八味地黄汤后,老年小鼠表皮增厚、DNA 含量增加,真皮乳头增高、成纤维细胞增多,胶原纤维、蛋白质、多糖及弹性纤维呈恢复状态。说明六味及八味地黄汤均有改善老年小鼠皮肤组织结构,延缓皮肤老化的作用。八味地黄汤的作用明显优于六味地黄汤。

In order to study the effect of Liwei Dihuang Tang (LWDHT) and Bawei I)ihuang Tang (BWDHT) on delay- ing cutaneous aging,different staining methods were used to observe the changes of epidermal DNA,dermal pro- tein,polysaccharide,collagenous fibers and elastic fibers of the skin in old mice.The results showed that after medication,the epidermal thickness and the content of DNA in the skin of old mice were increased.The dermal nipples were heightened the number of fibroblasts was increased and the collagenous fibers,protein,polysaccha- ride and elastic fibers markedly recovered.The results suggested that both LWDH and BWDH could improve cu- taneous structure and delay the cutaneous aging in old mice,the effect of BWDH was more significant than that of LWDH.
