智通合剂对三氯化铝致小鼠记忆障碍及胆碱酯酶的影响

Effect of Zhitong Mixture(智通合剂)on Dysmnesia and Cerebral Acetylcholine Esterase Activity in Murine Models Caused by Aluminium Trichloride

用三氯化铝喂饲 NIH 小鼠造成实验性小鼠记忆障碍模型。观察智通合剂对三氯化铝中毒小鼠记忆缺失的防治效果、预防三氯化铝造成小鼠死亡的作用及对脑湿重和脑组织中胆碱酯酶的影响。结果表明:智通合剂能拮抗模型小鼠的记忆缺失,有效预防三氯化铝造成小鼠中毒死亡,提高脑湿重水平,增强胆碱酯酶活性,说明智通合剂对老年性痴呆有一定治疗作用。

The dysmnesic murine models were caused by aluminium triehloride.The effect of Zhitong mixture (ZTM) on dysmnesia,death rate and cerebral acetylcholine esterase (AchE) activity of mice were observed.The results showed that ZTM could antagonize the dysmnesia,decrease death rate of mice,increase brain weight and im- prove cerebrum Ache activity.So ZYM is beneficial to senile dementia of Alzheimer's type.
