人参养荣汤和强的松龙联合疗法对MRL/1pr小鼠的免疫调节作用

Immunoregulatory Effects of Combined Treatment on MRL/Ipr Mice with Renshen Yangrong Tang(人参养荣汤)and Prednisolone

本研究报道了人参养荣汤(RYT)和低剂量强的松龙(PSL)的联合疗法对自身免疫性 MRL/1pr 小鼠的免疫功能的影响。结果表明:联合疗法能减少 MRL/1pr 小鼠淋巴器官异常的 B220^+T 细胞,促进脾细胞和淋巴细胞产生 IL-2和 IL-6,但却降低血清中 IL-6的水平。单用 RYT 可增强 MRL/1pr 小鼠产生γIFN 的能力,加用小剂量 PSL 则逆转此作用,联合疗法还能显著抑制 MRL/1pr 小鼠血清抗 DNA 抗体活性。

Effect of combined treatment with Rengsheng Yangrong Tang (RYT) plus low dose of Prednisolone (PSL) on the autoimmunity of MRL/Ipr mice were examined.Flow cytometric analysis showed that anomalous B220^+ T cells in spleen and lymph nodes were reduced in combined treated MRL/Ipr mice.Increaced productions of IL- 2 and IL-6 by spleen and lymph node cells were demonstrated while the activity of IL-6 in serum was markedly suppressed in mice treated with RYT and PSL.Interestingly.combined treatment could reverse the promoting action of RYT on rlFN production of lymph node cells and reduce the levels of anti-DNA antibodies in serum which were not changed in the mice treated with RYT alone.
