活血化瘀药对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌细胞因子的影响

Effect of Blood-Activating and Stasis-Eliminating Drugs on Endotoxin-induced Cytokines Secretion by Murine Peritoneal Macrophage

本研究观察了中药化解冲剂及有效单体丹参素和大黄素诱导小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF_α)、白细胞介素1及6(IL-1,IL-6)的影响。结果发现化解冲剂及其有效单体丹参素和大黄素能有效地抑制由内毒素诱导的细胞因子的分泌。从而进一步揭示了活血化瘀中药改善血液循环,抗炎,促进腹膜吸收,防止肠粘连及抗内毒素损害的分子机制。

In this experiment,the effect of“Hun Jie Granule”(化解冲剂)and its effective ingredients Danshensu(丹参 素)and emodin on endotoxin-induced tumor necrosis factor α.interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 secretion by murine peritoneal macrophage.The results:“Hun Jie Granule”and its chemical ingredient Danshensu and emodin could inhibit cytokines secretion.This result further proved the molecular mechanism of blood-activating and stasis-e- liminating drugs about anti-inflammation,improving blood supply,promoting absorption function of peri- toneum,preventing intestinal adhesion and anti-endotoxin damage.
