四生汤抗放射反应作用机制的实验研究

Study on Mechanism of Alleviating Toxic and Side Effects of Radiotherapy by Si Sheng Decoction(四生汤)

在临床研究中,已经发现四生汤具有抗放疗毒副反应,提高机体免疫功能的作用,为了进一步探索该方的作用机理.我们以60Co 照射大鼠为实验对象,较系统地观察了四生汤对模型动物神经内分泌免疫网络内各不同层次,不同环节的影响及对照射大鼠下丘脑β-内啡肽含量的影响。

On the bases of finding that Si Sheng Decoction(SSD)could alleviated the toxic and side effects of radio- therapy in patients with hypopharynx cancer,we observed the effects of it on the immunity and the content of ir- 13-Endorphin(ir-β-EP)in hypothalamus,pituitary and plasma of rat irradiated by ^(60)Co-γ-ray(6.8 Gy).The re- sults were as follows:(1)The ir-β-EP in hypothalamus,pituitary and plasma rose significantly in rats irradiated by ^(60)Co-γ-ray and the content of ir-β-EP changed earlier than the immunity did.(2)SSD could improve the im- munological function which were lower in rats irradiated by ^(60)Co-γ-ray.(3)SSD could also reduce the content of ir-β-EP which were higher in rats irradiated by ^(60)Co-γ-ray.It is considered that SSD might alleviate the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and enhance the immunity through regulating the content of Jr-β-EP in body.
